You or your assigned agent must sign off on the receipt of delivery.
We can not ship framed art works (this being art works framed behind glass). The sale of art works does not include frames. You will need to consult a local picture framer on how best to display your art works.
We can not ship canvas paintings stretched on to a frame. All canvas and linen art works will be shipped rolled up and packed in hard durable pvc capped tubes. You will need to take you painting to a local picture framer to have the canvas stretched onto a frame for display purposes.
Please make sure your purchase is not damaged before signing the couriers delivery slip. If your purchase is not delivered in good condition please contact us straight away (email is fine) and will handle the claim.
